As an industry-leading tool manufacturer, Kress is committed to your satisfaction. Our commitment to you, the original purchaser, is simple: satisfaction from an issue-free product. In fulfilling our commitment, Kress is pleased to offer you this Limited Warranty Statement. During the Warranty Coverage Period (as published by Kress), Kress will, through its authorized dealer network, repair or replace any Kress product that is determined to be defective due to issues in materials or workmanship within the warranty period from the date of the original purchase.

Warranty coverage begins on the original retail date and extends only to the original purchaser. If your Kress product requires warranty repair, proof of purchase will be necessary. Please keep a record of this transaction. If your Kress product is determined to be defective due to issues in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, we will do one of the following:

• Repair the defective product,
• Replace the defective product with a new or reconditioned product, or
• Replace or repair all defective parts.

Responsabilidad del cliente

It is the customer’s responsibility to use the product according to the operator’s manual and to maintain the equipment in accordance with all maintenance instructions. If by chance you happen to experience a defect in material or workmanship, we recommend removing the product from use and ceasing its operation until it can be inspected and serviced by a Kress authorized service center.

This Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

• The product has not been misused, abused, neglected, altered, or modified
• The product has not been serviced or repaired by anyone other than a Kress authorized service center.
• Defect or damage to the product has not resulted from use of accessories or parts that are inappropriate for normal operation of the tool, or that are not designed for use with the product.
• The product has been subjected to reasonable and normal wear and tear only.
• The product has not been used for rental purposes except as part of a rental program administered by a registered Kress dealer.
• The product has not sustained damage through contact with foreign objects, corrosive or otherwise damaging chemicals, or accidents.

Kress products are warranted only to the original purchaser during the Warranty Coverage Period in effect at the time of purchase. Product warranties are not transferrable. The Warranty Coverage Period is published by Kress from time to time and is subject to change upon notice from Kress.

Your limited warranty does not cover:

• Improper maintenance or handling of the product, including overloading the product.
• Replacement of accessories or parts intended to wear out or be replaced after their useful life, including but not limited to blades, trimmer line, chains, light bulbs, etc.
• Rental of replacement equipment during the repair period

• Repairs performed by anyone other than a Kress authorized service center.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. KRESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL NOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

*Following parts of 60V Commercial Equipment have limited warranty period for 1 year:Tools: Gear Box, Aluminum Tube, Planetary Gear, Pump, Auxiliary Handle, etc. Lawn Mower: Dustproof Cover, Front Wheel Assembly, Drive Motor, Lower push handle, Rear Roller Shaft, Tire, etc.

Reparación en garantía
All repairs must be completed by an authorized Kress dealer within the United States and Canada. For warranty coverage, please visit your local authorized Kress dealer. This limited warranty does not replace, but is in addition to, your statutory rights. Some jurisdictions may provide additional protections; check your local law for statutory warranty provisions. This warranty does not apply to accessories supplied with the tool. All repairs and replacement products will be covered by the limited warranty for the balance of the warranty period from the date of the original purchase.

Derecho a modificaciones
Kress reserves the right to make any changes to or discontinue Kress products, this Limited Warranty Statement, the Warranty Coverage Periods, or available warranty coverage at any time without incurring any obligation with respect to any product.

La garantía del fabricante no se aplicará en los siguientes casos:

• Mal funcionamiento de la herramienta derivado de un desgaste natural del producto, sus componentes, máquinas, componentes mecánicos accesorios, como: cables eléctricos, cuchillas, correas de transmisión, filtros, escobillas de carbono, dispositivos de fijación y soportes:
• Daños causados por la infracción de las normas de uso, almacenamiento o mantenimiento del equipo especificadas en el manual de usuario;
• Damage caused by the improper use of tools (improper use);
• Daños derivados de un sobrecalentamiento, sobrecarga, estrés mecánico, penetración de precipitaciones, líquidos, insectos o sustancias no residuales en el cuerpo de la herramienta que acompañan su uso para su propósito previsto (astillas, serrín);
• Daños derivados de la incompatibilidad de los parámetros de la red de suministro eléctrico con los requisitos para el suministro eléctrico que se indican en la herramienta;
• Daños causados por limpieza de las herramientas con líquidos químicos abrasivos;
• Reparaciones o mantenimiento de las herramientas fuera de los centros de servicio autorizados de Kress;
• Uso de la herramienta de forma incorrecta, abusiva o negligente, o si ha sido alterada, modificada o reparada por alguien que no pertenezca a un centro de servicio autorizado;
• Reparaciones realizadas con piezas de repuesto, accesorios o componentes adicionales que no sean proporcionadas por Kress, así como por daños derivados del uso de piezas de repuesto no originales.

Para reclamaciones de garantía, contacte con el distribuidor local donde compró el producto. Es necesario presentar una prueba de compra en forma de recibo válido que muestre la fecha y el lugar de compra.
Esta declaración de garantía no sustituye, sino que es adicional. a los derechos legales.
Esta garantía se aplica únicamente al comprador original y no puede ser transferida.
Todas las reparaciones y herramientas de sustitución estarán cubiertas por la garantía limitada para el resto del periodo de garantía desde la fecha de la compra original.

Derecho a modificaciones
