The Kress 18 in chainsaw replacement bar is engineered from high-strength alloy steel to provide durable, stable guidance for the cutting chain. The 18 in bar uses a 3/8 in low-profile pitch and a 0.043 in gauge to match the intended chain and drive system. Accurate dimensions are essential for smooth chain travel, effective lubrication and controlled cutting. A correctly fitted replacement chainsaw bar helps reduce uneven chain wear and allows the complete cutting system to operate as designed. It is intended for general wood cutting, branch removal and larger garden maintenance tasks within the compatible saw’s rated capacity.
